Azure Support Services are a well established support provider; we are currently looking to recruit enthusiastic and committed staff to work within our supported living schemes. The schemes provide support to clients with learning disabilities in a way which demonstrates an individualised approach, empowering clients through inclusion and a meaningful community presence.

The schemes provide staffing tailored to client need which may include daily shifts and/or 24/7 staffing. The roles can include the provision of waking nights and/or a sleep in service (sleep in hours are paid by the hour in addition to any contracted salary). Working hours are rota based which are issued a minimum of six weeks in advance.

Azure has vacancies for both full and part time hours. Locations of vacancies are in the following areas: Hexham/Prudhoe OR Washington OR Newcastle. Azure recognises the importance of a work life balance and therefore welcomes applications from those who require flexible or set working patterns; offering contracted hours from zero to 39. Consideration will also be given to those who would prefer shifts ranging from 2-4 hour time slots.

While experience is preferred it is not essential. Azure’s accredited training department will provide the funding and full support with all necessary training, including the Care Certificate and Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
